As a nationally certified critical care nurse, her background was shaped in high-acuity environments where precision, safety, and deep anatomical knowledge are essential. A native Texan and proud fourth-generation Galvestonian, Nichole has deep roots in the community she serves. A proud graduate of the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Nichole combines advanced medical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others feel their most confident.
With more than a decade as a surgical nurse, including years as the charge nurse in trauma surgery, Nichole has mastered precision, skill, and an unwavering attention to detail. Her patients have always known her not just for her technical expertise, but for the compassion, understanding, and professional personal care she brings to every interaction. As a successful entrepreneur, Nichole has built multiple businesses, but Opulent Medical Aesthetics is especially close to her heart. It is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream, a space where patients can feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Now serving Sugar Land and beyond, Nichole’s mission is simple, yet powerful. Nichole’s goal is to inspire confidence, enhance natural beauty, and deliver timeless beauty with opulent results in a safe, welcoming, and luxurious environment. For Nichole, aesthetic medicine is more than treatments. Dr. Robbyn Traylor, MD
Medical Director of Opulent Medical Aesthetics
Robbyn L. Traylor, MD is a seasoned leader and supervising physician with extensive experience throughout her career at several nationally recognized organizations. From 2016 to 2023, she served as Chief Medical Officer at an urgent care network in Texas, overseeing and mentoring a team of over 260 physicians and advanced practice providers across 45 centers. She continues to supervise advanced practice providers through her company, Analytica Medical, Inc., which was founded with the mission of reaching the unreachable in healthcare.
Dr. Traylor is well-versed in aesthetic medicine, performing and supervising procedures such as neurotoxin, biostimulant, filler injections, PDO threads, microneedling, and more. Today she leads her company, Analytica Medical Inc., as Founder/CEO where her team emphasizes preventative wellness, primary care, obesity medicine, aesthetic care, functional medicine, and clinical research.
